Cornerstone Hospice covers all prescription drugs related to their diagnosis, medical equipment and supplies required to treat the patient's life-limited illness.

Hospice Care Inside and Outside the Home

Cornerstone Hospice is available to provide all services to patients in the privacy of their home and to residents of Long Term Care (LTC) Facilities and Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE)
