Provide Care?
Cornerstone Hospice care is provided by a compassionate
team of highly qualified professionals. Each professional caregiver
is highly trained and quipped to provide the highest level of care to meet
the needs of the patient and family members.
Cornerstone Hospice is ready
to help 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week

Nurses
Cornerstone Hospice nurses are skilled in assessing and
managing pain; they are trained caregivers who provide hands-on
care. Nurses provide a 24-hour, "on-call" service seven
days a week.
Social Workers
Our social workers are friendly skilled
listeners that help provide emotional support and help with financial
issues and planning.
Medical Director
Our medical director is board certified in
Hospice and Palliative medicine. The medical director oversees all
patient care; continuously monitoring medication, pain management, and
patient's plan of care to assure the highest quality of care.
Home Health Aides
A home health aide provides assistance with
bathing and personal care.
Chaplains
The Cornerstone Hospice chaplains work with
the family's clergy, if available, and offers spiritual support designed
to meet the needs of the patient and family.
Volunteers
Highly trained volunteers are an important
element of the hospice team, and are available to spend time with patients
and families when needed.
Bereavement
Specialists
Bereavement specialists provide grief and
loss counseling, memorial services and other support for family and loved
ones.
